Being Thankful

I am thankful that as my son's support needs have been very high the past year with his autism and Crohns disease, my boss has bent over backwards to be flexible, to allow me to keep my job. With any other boss, I wouldn't be still working, I feel very lucky for that. My son is my priority, but I'd like to keep my job if possible.

I am thankful for my 6 piggies for giving me a reason to get up
every day during lockdown as I live alone. I’m thankful for my lovely neighbours, family and friends checking in with me although I couldn’t meet with the latter two. Most of all I am grateful for our lovely Matron Sarah who passed from covid in April last year for her dedication to her profession, caring and support. She was one wonderful lady. ❤️
