poggle
Adult Guinea Pig
Our guinea pigs live in our living room, right next to the front window. As the weather is pretty nice this evening I left the window open while I did some housework.
Meanwhile a nearby neighbour, also inspired by the good weather, decided to mow their front lawn. Oblivious, I continued to clean the kitchen.
After untold minutes of piggie torture, smelling freshly cut grass and not being able to eat it, I went back into the living room and was met with the loudest, angriest wheeks I've heard yet from our Head Wheeker. The rage only escalated as, appallingly, not only had I left them to suffer but the freshly cut grass they could smell was not for them.
I am dutifully heading outside to rectify the issue now, of course
