Thanks for all your lovely welcomes, tips and advice over the past couple of weeks.

Our two rescue girls Betty and Ruby are now finally home x)

They seem to be settling in fine- Betty has the most lovely temperament, acts as if she's always been with us- comes to the cage door for a sniff, happy to be cuddled and runs around chattering to herself as if we're not there.
Ruby is still very cautious, but we knew we'd need to work with her a long time before we gain her trust she's never been handled before :(
She's hiding less already though, only 3 days in, and will now take food from my hand, albeit it's the snatch and run kind ;)

Here are a few snaps we managed to get... haven't wanted to bother them too much, so only one "proper" pose shot so far.

Betty stops for a quick pose whilst out exploring.

Ruby submits to a cuddle - briefly!

Tucking into veggies, bit miffed at having to work for them now!

Ruby claims the big house as her own and will only peep from the door at Betty enjoying herself.

Though even Ruby cannot resist a pineapple leaf...

AWW - what a couple of sweet girls!

I am sure that Ruby will take her cues from Betty and come out of her shell as soon as she is feeling at home in her new surroundings!
