Big absess

I dont believe it my coco has a massive absess on his bum - if anyone remembers, my louis had this not long after his op and coco had the op also, but months ago and he was fine, now tonight i noticed he now has a big absess on his bum - i know with Louis it cost nearly £290 and just before Xmas, i am gutted, i am skint. I am in work tomorrow, last day, but other half is off, so he said he shall take him to the vets. I will have to borrow some money off him - i am just gutted, especially with buying loads of presents and food for xmas, now this happens.
 
Mark my bf just rung, Coco does have an absess, but they said they will try and get rid of it using antibiotics twice a day (instead of operating on him straight away) and i need to clean it twice a day and try and squeeze some of the puss out. she said it should clear with the antiobics, fingers crossed anyway.
