Bit of pretty Piggle spam :)

Today Lady Piggle is being all cute and chubby and blonde and amiable, here's a soft-focus pigture of her in the playpen :)

Piggle is our most variable looking and variable tempered piggy depending on the day, her eyes are different colours (one ruby, one a very odd dark green colour) and her ears and feet go himalayan dusky sometimes and she's sometimes mad with hormones or plots sneaky schemes to upset her friends... but today she's just being blonde and white, and chubby and cute :)

Anyone wanting to pignap Piggle would need reinforced gauntlets and protective eye goggles, one of the few times I put my piggies outside when they were young a big bad unfixedtomcat came in the garden... and left very fast with a bleeding face, no whiskers, and pee sprayed in his eyes and wounds after trying to take a closer look at Lady Piggle! Other days she's just a sweetie and will trot over to anyone for her ears tickled in exchange for a piece of coriander- you can never really tell, except I think her mad eyes flash a bit more red and green than usual on her madder days :)

Piggle is always a piggy we get out if some random visitor wants a piggy cuddle because I cant bear to see piggies frozen with terror on people's laps being mauled by well meaning but terrifying strangers... Piggle knows her boundaries very well, if someone wont let her leave after the snacks run out or touches her in the wrong place... well, she'll tell them about it!
She used to be a vicious biter and piggy daddy was terrified of her after she bit his neck and it wouldnt stop bleeding (he has a blood clotting disorder and bleeds a lot, but yes he was almost hospitalised by baby Piggle) but we did all the piggy whispering stuff and followed the "who is the boss you or your piggy?" guides on the forum and I spent about a month with her ear in my mouth and gently chin-upping her like a boss pig would do until she stopped attacking my husband... but we still let her loose on house guests, they arent in our herd so don't count :)

Its true isnt it, I always say she is one of our friendliest piggies because she isnt scared of hoomans at all and doesnt act like a prey animal and if someone messes with her and she doesnt like it she tells them!
The last time she bit me was about a year ago when she had a UTI and I gave her a dose of baytril... then I kissed her on the nose for being a good girl taking her medicine... and she sank her teeth into my lip and I also got a taste of baytril and my goodness she's right baytril tastes really nasty, I would have bitten me too! :)
