Dic a Dom
Just come back from our local RSPCA with a new addition to the family. His name is Shadow and he's only 10 months old. He was taken there by a couple who had no time for him anymore. He's absolutley stunning and really adorable and I'm hoping to bond him with Paddy in the next coming weeks.
We had him as he was the only guinea they had left yesterday as the rest had been rehomed and we are currently fostering the last two brothers. We thought it was cause for celebration but today 8 guineas had been dumped in a box with two rabbits outside. Poor things are in a terrible condition with bad skin and ringworm. 5 females are barely adults and some are thought to be pregnant.
When you think life is going your way it always seems to turn and slap you in the face. :tickedoff:
