Bladder Issues Again

Poor old Midge has been going through the wars of late but her old problem of bladder pain is starting again. Squeaking when weeing but no visible blood as yet. She is on 0.2ml metacam (dog) twice daily, 0.4ml septrin twice daily as well as 1/2 capsule of nutacys +. I know the metacam and septrin can't be increased but can the nutracys + be increased. She's off to see the vet next week but its just to help until she goes. I am having trouble maintaining her weight at the moment and I'm thinking this might be part of the problem. Thanks
 
Is Nutracys similar to cystease? Poor Midge, bladder issues are so frustrating and it is horrible to hear them squeak when weeing. Lots of healing vibes to your little girl x
 
nutracys is similar but it contains tryptophan which helps reduce stress and anxiety so I'm not sure what the increase in that would do. Going to speak to her vet this morning.
