hi i have a 12 week old rescue sow in she was born here and lives with her mummy until a home can be found for them (will be going together) she seems fine in herself eatting has been a little quiet ive noticed when picking her up she has a few spots of blood around her lady part ive never really seen this in sows before do you think she is in season or is it some thing more?it wasnt coming from her bum defo her lady partrolleyes and not the type of blood you would get from a infection(water) there was a spot on a pieace of the shaving not much just a few pin prik sizes on the shaving and red blood around her bit she doesnt seem to be rumbling from what i saw which would indicate season but then again I'm not in the shed all the time..its not a lot just a bit
 
Could it be that she has been scratched by a piece of the wood shavings?
I would wait and watch for a couple of days.

she is just getting over a fungal infection i have been using IMAVAROL dip which has improved her lots it was on the face and ears only as used the dips has other treatment wasnt working notice she was a little quiet 2 days but still eatting and drinking then i saw this tea time today ..couldnt see any scrathes defo from her lady bit but nothing active coming out when i open her bits a little seems to be around the outside of her bit
