Blood found!

Recent purchase for my daugher of two male guineas, we found some blood in the nasal passages and a little around the anus. Ther are no other signs of lethargy, lack of eating etc.

The two lads are not fighting, (their run is outside my office so I can see them) and as we've only had them 10 days we are a little concerned. There is less blood to see today, wondering if anybody had any ideas as I couldn't find anything on the net, and he seems to be fine in all other repects.

I do wonder if he just nicked himself?
