So, I was away from the 6th of September and got back today.... On Saturday night my Friend who was looking after them messaged me to let me know she noticed a blob of blood in the cage when she cleaned them out... They're in a c&c with fleece abs towels... And I just said keep an eye out.... Then she noticed some on Tuesday again.. Just one blob... Again and came to the conclusion that it was my older pig (3 yo) Clive. Told her she could take them to the vets.... Vets had a feel in her tummy and have her a good check over said they couldn't feel anything but prescribed baytril and metacam for 7 days. She's been getting them out and putting them on white paper and giving them watery veg and waiting for them to pee every day and hadn't seen anything. Today iv come home and when we have cleaned them out ready to come home with me and there was a small puddle of blood the size of a 2p piece. Once I got them home. And cleaned out the carry case there was another wee that was pinkish in colour... Kinda like diluted blood/wee mix. They're both totally themselves nothing has changed in their personality or eating or drinking habits. the vet said it should clear up in 48 hours... Which we thought it had... But today is day 7 and we've just found some fresh blood. Any advice on this would be a huge help... Should I wait a few days finish the meds tomorrow and then see how I grt in or should I be quick to get her back to the vets?

Photos are as follows..... First one was Saturday (first time my friend noticed it then 2nd was Tuesday morning before they went to the vet Tuesday evening.... then last one was today when I picked them up one week later.

Bumping this up for you, to get more attention, don't panic, someone will help you very soon. I know it could be a uti might need a dif antibiotic

Hi there
Please take them back to the vets. If it was bacterial cystitis you would have expected there to be no blood by now, so the possibilities are that this is not urinary but coming from the genital tract or that there is a stone involved somewhere, or that different antibiotics are needed. How Cavy savvy are your vets? Did they do any xrays or scans?
