Is this something to be concerned about? All the pigs are acting fine but when I saw this I thought it was blood.

On second thought all their chins are red so it could be pepper?

I thought I should get a second opinion just in case

I wouldn't panic if they are all acting fine, it does look rather like red pepper juice- maybe check them over just in case, and only worry if it happens again in the absence of red pepper!

it definitely looks like veggie stains to me, especially since you have white fleece it will stand out more, but as @PigglePuggle said it would be safe to check them all over
