So I ordered a new piggy cage, hay rack and pair of nail clippers. I got home from college today to find that my parcel had been delivered...they've sent me a dog muzzle!

I've just been online and it says in my account that my order has been delivered, also the dog muzzle parcel has my address on it. I'm going to email them right away. I'm pretty miffed as I thought zooplus was a reputable website :a19:
 
Oh .... so sorry ... I did laugh when I initially read your post as it was so absurd what they sent considering what you ordered rolleyes..... I have had a great service off them in the past .... they do make mistakes regularly but generally rectify them asap ..... hope they do in your case

Perhaps they thought the dog muzzle would be the right size to put some hay in, and make a piggie bed?

Seriously, how very irritating.
 
LOL, but oh dear at the same time. The thing is, I always think that you never know who they have picking and packing the orders and that is no disrespect to any person at all, but sometimes people in general just make mistakes. Sending you a dog muzzle though is taking the biscuit, lol. ;) Hope they rectify the problem soon for you.
 
A dog muzzle? LOL. Sorry but that is random. I really hope you get your piggy goodies soon though.

Hi hope you get sorted soon. I had to ring them when they lost 2 huge cages I ordered from them. They were really helpful and they resent the order which arrived within 48 hours. I'd definitely give them a ring...

I've emailed and phoned, given them my address and telephone number again. My cage should be here tomorrow and the rest should come in another 3-4 days time. They've said I can keep the dog muzzle, but really I have no use for it... :p

That is very random! LOL.

Annoying just now, but you will laugh in the future once you have actually got your things.
 
The woman on the end of the phone said my cage would definately be here today, it's half past 4 and still no sign :/

God that is annoying, have you phoned them back today? I'd be on the phone moaning now lol x
 
Just rang them up and now they've said it's not arriving till Monday, I ordered it on the 8th October! All I get for my troubles is a stupid dog muzzle, really angry now! grrrr
