After losing Oliver, Fred has been on residential boar dating this week. Just on the train now on the way to pick him up with new friend :) . Sounds like he has had a great week grazing and spreading his 'aroma de boar' about the place. So lucky to have links to a rescue that will help us date our boys when needed. More later when boys are home!

Bet your excited. Photos!!

Ok - first photos - still playing with names - Peter Popcorn seems a possible option (was Popcorn but I prefer boys names). Peter has ginger nose and Fred is bigger with white stripe nose - they make a good pair though don't they? Peter P is slightly freaked out by new home sights and sounds but doing well and they are both getting on really well which is the most important thing. Thank you so much @pig in the city for the bonding holiday for the boys :yahoo:

Go George! Fred is 6 so it is good that these older boys can still have new friendships and do so well. Fred and Peter P are very settled at the moment so fingers crossed.

Such lovely photos! They were a pleasure to have and so glad PP has a lovely new friend in Fred and a fantastic new home xx

The boys are doing really well as s pair but it is a bit of a shock to the system to have a shy boy in the house. Oliver was very bold and noisy - Oi woman get me some snacks etc. Where as Peter popcorn is really quite wide eyed and scared. He nearly gave me a heart attack by freezing and then trying to sprint into the garden when getting him out of the run. I am used to my laid back boys who potter about! So it's back to basics with sack training, lots of hand feeding, talking quietly and my daughter is working on head strokes. He will soon be part of the laid back gang!

He took a long time to settle down here Laura. At least he has a friend now and a patient family x

So pleased for you and Fred!

They look gorgeous together

This is the start of a wondeful friendship I reckon!
