Boar Penis Injury - Help!

Just got back from work and Binky's penis doesn't look normal at all. Advice?
His tummy is wet because I tried to wash it off thinking it was hay stuck.

The penis has not properly retracted. the white things are the two hooks at the tip of the penis. Please have it checked in case there is a blockage in the penis shaft or an infection.

I've just called the vets. They said to call back at 8:30am tomorrow for an emergency appointment.
Do you think he'll be okay overnight? Is there anything I can do to make him more comfortable?
 
Could you try to see whether you can gently express the penis, or whether it is too uncomfortable. Otherwise there is not a lot you can do.

He'll let me do it a little but not much. Managed to get a little hay off him.
He's on metacam for his lung condition so hopefully that will be taking the edge off the pain his penis is causing him.

An update for you all - the vet had a look at Binky's penis. He'd cut the end of it and it was scabbing over badly, keeping it outside the shaft.

She removed the scab, cleaned him up and gave him a cold compress. The relief could actually be seen on his face! The coolness brought down the swelling almost immediately and his penis is now back where it should be :)

That'll teach him to keep it in his metaphorical pants! :D

So glad he's doing better, that looked so uncomfortable.
