I've had it with boars today! Sitting here with 2 very young ones having a real stand-off and natter, 2 x 6 month boars acting like a pair of football hooligans and a single boar who's just had a bath in a box to dry off but joining in the rumbling even from a distance! They've all suddenly gone off on one!

Boars eh - gotta love 'them!

Let's hope they settle back down otherwise space is going to be an issue! Little hooligans.

Worried about leaving them now in case things kick off!

Why can't everyone just get along?!

Sophie

My youngest daughter (Meg, 11) had me in stitches earlier today. She came up to help with the feeding and just as she went to sort out two of the boys they started "behaving badly"! She turned to me with a very serious look on her face and said "Mum what are they doing?" she suddenly stopped, went bright red and said "Don't answer that, I think I've just worked it out"! Boy's who'd have them - me!

I'm a childminder and everytime I have a prospective parent come to visit me, Snap and Goggles start humping one another! They are fine until they have an audience and then it starts. One lady looked across at the cage and said 'oh I see you breed guinea pigs', when I said no, she gave me a very strange look and said 'oh I think you do', as she viewed the activity in the cage. I explained they were both boys and she looked totally horrified!! LOL I never heard from her again! ;D

2funny.

It's funny you should say that...I just heard a lot of squeaking coming from the cage, and they're chasing each other round and squeeling and fighting over one bit of hay.
It's naughty boars night!

on friday night archie was trying to hump duke all night, and duke was gettting so mad.. it was keeping my mum awake and she was getting mad at me! he only did it on friday night which is totally out of character for him too.. he's never humped duke like that, poor duke was running around getting mad and all he wanted was a drink in peace but if he stood still archie would get him! lol

he's been fine since friday night.. no humping or anything! lol

how strange!

Have to agree my boys are at it too & it's not just the boys Albie (neutered) & Maddie have been circling one another too ::) ;D ;D

Pudsey has been acting odd as well very rumbly! Eccles doesn't care though he just lets him do it! Other than that the other 3 are ok! :-D

oddly, my boys are better behaved than usual!

merlin isnt trying to chew my face every 2 minutes, bob isnt getting stroppy over food (although this morning he did d a running leap at me when he saw i had corn on the cob) and heath isnt wheeking quite as loud as usual, and munchie isnt being as lazy as usual! odd 98)
