I voted both

Got three sows living together that are so good :smitten:

Got two boys living together who had lived near sows at Grahams previous and got on fine. They are an absolute dream together.

I also have a neutered boar who lives with a sow who are so in love. Murphy loves a run out with all the girls as well he has been in heaven this afternoon with all the girlies. :smitten:
 
I love both, in my experience boars are more loving and trusting but sows have much more character and do funnier things :smitten:

Ditto. I agree with you totally, the boys are so much more loving especially Joe he is such a mummys boy :smitten: The girls are little characters though and like you say are so fun to watch. :smitten:
 
I love sows but I voted boars because my lot have struck up such a bond with me especially Sunshine and you all know the fun and games I have with Twinkle, he has such a big personality, he makes me laugh out loud.

Pudsey is so calm and sweet, Eccles is still frightened but I'm hoping that with lots of cuddles he will be like Sunshine soon.

The girls are great they really are but seem less trusting. Flora trusts me but Fleur always runs away. They seem more lady like and regal whereas the boys don't care and I think thats why I prefer boars. :smitten:

Not in my shed ;D ;D The boys are more "tolerant" whereas the girls are vocal & bossy :smitten: :smitten:
 
Mine are too but gorgeous with it :smitten:

Having said that Romey lives with neutered boar Murphy and she is not bossy with him at all. Could be that she is still a baby and just getting used to having a bloke around. She comes running as soon as he chirps for her :smitten:
 
I voted boars, only because I've never had sows. :)
 
Ive had sows when i was younger and one of them was the friendliest pig i have known. Now i have a boar only had him just over a week and he is getting more friendly and trusting by the day.

I started with sows and they are great but they are right little madams where as the boars are way more friendly and loving they seem to trust more than sows :smitten:
 
I voted boars because that is all I have ever had and I love the smelly darlings :smitten: :smitten:
 
I voted either. I have no prefrence as i've had both :)
The girls i have now have great personalities, they are so noisy.
I find that the boars i have had have been really cocky ;D
 
Boars for me I have never had any sows, but both my boys have been loving, friendly and great fun ;D ;D
 
Boars all the way - more relaxed around you O0 sows more smelly ;D
