Hi everyone,

I have said in previous posts that I try to not handle my piggies to much as although one doesn’t mind, the other isn’t to keen. However, this morning they kept squeaking and squeaking so I gave them their pellets, veggies and still squeaking so I thought I would try to put them on my lap for a couple of minutes. Although there was quite some bickering they were fine. I think Bert was quite nervous, but they were both fine. After I put them back in their cage they were fine. Weird piggies lol

Also they won’t get any play-pen today as I’m out all day so I felt bad for that lol

I find that once I have them on my lap, they are totally fine. I have even had them sitting on my chest whilst I was lying down, eating a hay biscuit and even having a lie down and a snooze.

it does take time for them to get used to you, and Ruby runs off pretty much every time I go near the cage, but that's normal.

Bert (one on right) is naturally very skittish and jumpy so that is why I try not to handle him to much. Ernie doesn’t really mind so it’s not an issue. Your piggies are adorable!
