Fallen

Was in Pets At Home today and saw they had a large display of a range of treats/food that I'd never seen before.

It's called Boredom Breaker Naturals and is by Rosewood Pets I think. There was food baked onto sticks, rice cakes and biscuits, little cruchy pieces to add to a staple dry mix, dried herb mixes to also add to a staple dry mix and other bits to gnaw on. But the best bit is all the ingredients are natural, so no colourings and other icky things!

The products can be viewed here or better still down at your local store! I've not tried mine on any of it yet, although I did pick up quite an amount of the stuff. Will let you guys know how it goes down with the piggies! :) x

ive tried the 'herbal garden' and the 'dari cob nibble' and they like them both but especially loved the dari cob nibble.
I'm going to try them with the parsley bell next time. O0

i have tried a parsley & hay bell from a different company before and they loved it :)

But if you want a proper boredom breaker, buy a very thick needle, where a sturdy piece of packing string will fit through they eye.
then get things like cucumber slices, lettuce, tomatoe, apple.. etc. on the string, and hang it from one corner of the cage to the other. And have fun watching them trying to stretch to get to the food :-)

they always looks so excited when they see there is food, and its nice to see that even MY fat piggies can MOVE! (good excercise)

That's a fab idea - gonna nick it ;)

To add; I've seen the new treats but not tried them. Some of them don't 'look' right to me :-\ :-\
