Gizmo has a small brown lump on his chin, looks like a human mole or poo stuck to his fur, anyone experienced this before?
 
One of my boys had 2 sebaceous cysts, diagnosed by a vet & said to be harmless. Eventually his cysts seemed to shrivel up of their own accord & ended up looking very much like human moles. You should have a vet look at Gizmo's lump. It could be harmless or not, but only a vet could determine this.
