Brushing your guinea pig

Hello,
I have two short haired guinea pigs one of them is molting what brush should I buy ? How often do I brush them ? Sorry for all the questions I just want the best for my girls.

I use a small dog flea comb, dont know if your ment to but seems to do the trick and makes their fur nice and soft.x

I have a selection of brushes, a rubber one, a metal one and a bristled one.
