Hi ive been feeding this pack of oxbow adult guinea pigs pellets for few months (about 1/5 pellets left) and recently I noticed a pretty large number of bugs inside it! They are pretty round and around 0.2cm long. Similarly I noticed such bugs in the cage enclosure. Is this a cause of concern? Will upload pics of the bug when I get home.

If you have found insects in your food and cage it is a good idea to throw away the food and give the cage a deep clean with a good veterinary disinfectant like F10. From the size you describe, and the fact they are noticeably in the food and cage rather than on the piggies, they do not sound like mites or lice- more likely beetles of some kind attracted to the food- but if in doubt or if your piggies are itching you could check with a vet.
