i need some help in deciding what kind of home to build for 2 GP i have been looking at whezzy and rusty and i hope to be able to adopt them but i need to get a home ready for them first, i have been round the usual shops and the average price for a indoor cage is about 65.00, but i have seen you all talk about c&C blocks and i wondered how much i would need to buy to build a big enough cage for the 2 of them they cant have 2 levels because of whezzys problemsa and i would need a roof but am happy to improvise i am very excited about the possibility of having them but would like to get this set up as soon as possible so i can have my home check any help would be great

Yes I would definitely recommend a C&C. The size for 2 piggies is 4x2 (in grids)
Go to www.cavycages.co.uk which will tell you how yo make it.
Also on the housing section of the forum there is a sticky listing the places where you can buy the grids and corex.

Gypsie I'm so pleased that you are considering getting Whezzy and Rusty if i had been nearer to them i would have asked to be considered as new Mum to those gorgeous boys.

Hope you get them. :smitten:

Hi there I have just brought a massive cage for my 2 has an inbuilt water and food house as well. Was £50 from pets@home and is about 45" by 23" so is a good size xx
