Just would love any ideas, thoughts etc. I have just started a really good new job, very fortunate as its a good career move etc etc, thats all fine. However I am working long hours particularly at the moment whilst I get up to speed and I feel so guilty about my guineas! I usually have them in most nights and during the day would visit them as I could work from home (those extra grass moments!).
I am so exhausted now, I do bring them in but its not quality time and sometimes I just don't have the energy, plus being in the office a lot now I don't get to see them during the day.
I cannot complain as I am very fortunate in having such a good career but I feel so guilty that I cannot now give them the time I used to.
Don't get me wrong, they have a massive heated shed all to themselves, there are five to keep themselves occupied and they have loads of toys etc. but I just feel so guilty!
Sorry about the ramble but how do you all manage, cope with the guilt!
