How many minutes do you guys think it'll take me to set up a c&c? Thinking about doing it Saturday but if it's too much time for Stripe to be in his carrier I can do it when they go for boarding.

I'm going to save so much money on bedding!

I don’t currently use a c&c cage but I do have one. I set up the 5 x 2 grids in about 10 minutes. So I’m sure it wouldn’t take you much more time to put in the bedding. It’s a very quick set up. I hope he likes it 😁

Ok, so knowing how handy I'm not, let's say 30 minutes for me!

Stripe will be fine in his carrier. Especially if there is something yummy in with him. 🥬 🥬

Yes, I ordered two fleece for him, they are arriving Friday. Chesney has a c&c with fleece already and I like it.
It took me 45 mins but I have storage underneath and a lid and I used cable ties to secure it - I’m glad I did as sometimes grids can become a little loose - you can do it Ramia

To those in the states looking for an alternative to kavee, I just got a c&c from Guinea Pig Cage Company and it's good. The lid, though, fits on with cable ties only and a rod. But it bends which is nice.

The grids are a little bigger so they recommend using Piggy Bed Spreads for fleece which take 2-3 weeks to sew and ship, the fleece is a little thin but cute and so far so good. Stripe is thrilled.
