Cage Location

Hi everyone,

I just need a little bit of advice really. I've had my little baby for 6 weeks now and have just moved him into his new 4x2 c&c cage.

Is it ok to be on the floor? I've read that drafts can be a problem but he is in an upstairs study so I didn't think it would be a problem.

Does anyone think otherwise?

I have my pregnant sow in a 2x4 also... we dont have a big anough table so she is on the floor... it should be fine

Some of our girls are in a 4 x 2 C&C on the floor in our upstairs study too! They seem to be fine. I made sure the correx comes well up the sides (to keep any possible drafts out) and they love it! I don't have a surface big enough to put the cage on either!
