Calcium enriched foods?

Hello everyone!
I know that guinea pigs do excrete calcium which is normal. However I’m struggling to find good sources on what foods contain the highest amount of calcium? Since their bodies are excreting excess calcium I want to reduce how much calcium I’m giving them to lower risks of certain problems etc. If anyone has any sources of knows what veggies contain high calcium plz let me know! Xx

Spinach, kale and parsley are three I can think of. Pellets as well which should be kept to a tablespoon per day for each piggy. Also filtering water (if you’re in a hard water are) will reduce It. Have a look at the feeding guide below there are further links to calcium rich foods.
