Came Across This On Facebook!

The pig isn't restrained in any way and can easily get out of the glasses etc if needed. Looks cute, the pig obviously isn't bothered.

I would warn people that whilst the guinea pig appears to be ok in this clip these fidget spinners are not necessarily safe. I saw just the other night on watchdog about a number of complaints to them and trading standards about the spinners not meeting tot safety regs. The majority of the complaints were in relation to sharp, jagged metal pieces sticking out of the toy. Regardless whether it's a guinea pig or another human being then please check these thoroughly so no one or no pig gets hurt

Wow, I never even thought of that. It's scary that they are being sold to children if not safe! All for a bit of money :( Thanks for the warning Kelly, won't even buy one for the relatives now.

I saw that as well! some of the spinners literally looked like knives.

For the records, I wasn't saying to anyone to go and do it, just that this particular pig didn't seem fussed or stressed. I am assuming that is why the video was loaded, for opinions. No, none of us would sensibly put a spinner near a pig, no need.

I think the main problem is that cheap gimmicky things and the ease of buying online allows places like China to reproduce goods that aren't to standard without meeting any regs. At Halloween they covered children's fancy dress outfits fraudulently claiming to be smiffys branded that went up in flames in seconds

I remember that :( I am seeing all the cheap spinners on the carboots now.
