Can Anyone Confirm What This White Sludge Is?

Apologies if this is in the wrong place.
Our new piggies arrived today and I've just noticed one of their poos has some white gel-like substance on it.
It's attached to the poo and is kind of gel-like and squidgy.

I've not seen it on any other poos yet, nor have I ever seen it with my other piggies.

My first thought was boar glue, though they are supposed to be female, but it doesn't look like any pics I've found.
I've searched sludge and urine and cannot see anything that looks similar.
I'm hoping it's maybe just down to lack of water as they moved today and have only recently started drinking out the bottle, but can anyone please confirm?
I'd hate for it to be a UTI or some other health issue

One of my sows passed something like this once, with no ill effects so I don't think it's anything to worry about

I wouldn't worry and would just keep an eye out.

It just looks like a calcium blob to me. My piggies often wee and poo at the same time
