Can defrosted fresh cauliflower be given to guinea pigs?

I put the fresh cauliflower in the freezer, hoping to extend its shelf life because cauliflower can only be fed once in awhile and it can't be kept in the fridge for long (less than a month). However, today after defrosting the cauliflower it has changed texture(become softer and moist), can they still be fed to my guinea pigs? Similarly, some other veggies like cucumber change in texture significantly after placing in freezer and defrosting, can they still be eaten?

I would not feed anything that has been frozen to the guinea pigs. Any kind of processing is a no-no whether that's cooking or freezing
