My friend wants to give this to Percy and Pepper as her two bunnies have hardly used it. Will it be safe? How can I disinfect it? I have F10. Would that be enough?

I would think F10 would do the job.
but I am overly cautious when it comes to bunny/piggy cross contamination though!

Make up a bucket or tray of f10 solution and put the house into it (those houses usually come completely apart so all sections will lay flat) and leave it to soak. I would also put it aside for a few weeks afterwards just to be sure. I don’t think much survives F10 though.

When I have had mites etc in the piggies I would always make up a strong, hot F10 solution and soak any wooden items in. I'd leave them in for a couple of hours when remove and leave to dry out. Once dried out I would clean with the usual F10 spray as I would do during a normal clean out. I haven't had any issues doing this but then I haven't had anything that's been around bunnies either
