I did a patch test on Maisie last night and there was no reaction, so this morning and evening I've put lavender and myrrh from gorgeos guineas on her skin to treat her. She's been on my lap for about an hour and a half and has suddenly started sneezing - it's lasted abou 1/2 hour now.

She's in a cuddle cup with grass inside.

Coudl the lotion be making her sneez? COuld it be the grass?

I'm scared in case she's suddenly got a URI or something.

Would i be OK leaving it a couple of days to see what happens?

It sounds a bit odd, are you sure there's nothing in their air irritating her nose? Have you been wearing any perfume that may explain the sneezing? Unless the Lavender & Myrrh was put around her nose or mouth, or she wiped it off with her paw then wiped her nose with the same paw, I'd find it less likey to be a reaction to the lotion. I've not heard of grass allergy either, although in theory if there are certain pollens settled on the grass it's possible she's reacting to that.

Lavendar might. It's surprisingly strong stuff and is one of the things which triggers my sensitivities, causing sneezing and headaches.
