My 3 year old piggies have just started on haybox timothy and meadow. They are obsessed with the timothy and very meh with the meadow. Tried them on their old brand meadow and they stare at me, where's the timothy? Do they need meadow?

You can only feed one sort of (grass) hay, whether that is timothy (which is the most recommended), meadow or orchard hay; but all are perfectly fine to feed. It often depends on the quality of the hay itself what your piggies like best.
There are some more hays, which are often fed as enrichment or as a treat.
A Comprehensive Hay Guide for Guinea Pigs (incl. providers in several countries)

Alfalfa/lucerne hay is not a grass hay; it's a legume and too high in calcium and protein to be fed in small quantities to other than pregnant and nursing sows and in very small quantities to babies (if wished and if the babies are not already on alfalfa based pellets),

I only feed timothy 😊 thinking of adding either oat or Orchard as treat hay too 😊
