I'm so excited as the weekend is finally approaching that I go to collect Anya and my new boy (who has no name yet). Counting the hours now :(|) and hoping the weather calms down so don't have a horrible ferry crossing.

everytime (4 times so not that many) i have caught the ferry to larne it has been rough and horrid, so do piggies get travel sick?

I wish you the best of luck with your trip to Scotland and your wonderful pressies coming back with you!

Enjoy it, even though the weather doesn't look that great! :(

PS: Cariad and Ceri are sending their best wheeks to her old friend Anya!

I am a bit worried for the crossing tomorrow, going over, as whilst we are supposed to get the worst of the weather tonight some of the winds may still be lingering tomorrow and I don't sail well! Sunday is supposed to be calm. I've been on the ferry with cats, chinnies and my last 3 piggys came over on the ferry and all were well. I've had some choppy sailings and some smooth as glass on Larne-Cairnryan route so you never can tell.

I have an MPV car so I usually put the carriers in the big boot space and leave the little rear window cracked open for ventilation when travelling. I'll just have to make sure the carriers are especially well strapped in so that if the sailing is in anyway choppy that the piggys don't get bounced around.

I'm having real trouble picking a name for my new boy. He is a lilac peru. Got to make up my mind this weekend.

OOH exctiting. I'm so pleased for you!

Hope it's smooth enough not to bother you.

I am worried about you crossing tomorrow.

Fingers crossed!

How about Lord Baggins of Handbag Hall? :)):)):))
