Well, I've gotten the cord now, so here's some pictures of my babies. Keegan has decided to name the older one Caramel, and I named the baby Aphrodite.

oooooooh, I love Agoutis.... We saw one lihe that once and decided if we bought it we'd call it Claude. It was in our French name moment...
They're well cute. Caramel seems a little unsure of her surroundinga but Dite might be more adventurous as she is younger...

It actually was pure chance... I didn't have any idea what either of them looked like (other than colours, and it wasn't quite what I was picturing for either of them). But they seem quite happy just now, busy exploring and discussing exactly which place is the most comfortable to hide. Caramel is in favour of the little fleece tent, whereas Dite is arguing for the plain box.

I'm a little wigged out by Caramel's resemblance to Pigglywink, however, and find myself looking at her obsessively to make sure she's not skinny through the flanks, and that there's nothing wrong with her eyes, and that she's eating lots. Let myself in for it now, I can tell...

it's a bit eerie but they'll have very different personalities, I am sure....
Look at how |Finlay and Bertie look alike (from behind)... it's come to the point we can't tell them apart unless we see their faces...

Man, they are really lovely... I'm partial to an Agouti, but really sweet.
You know they're settling if they're eating and doing do wwhilst some crazed woman is flashing some device into their eyes!

I like the first one most, they seem to be very close. My boys do that but only for naps... they would NEVER be seen sharing food, too girlie!
