Caron the glamour model features her latest look!

Caron has been experimenting with her look a lot lately! We have had the Farah Fawcett curls, the Barbie wig with the Viking helm, the sheltie tunnel squeeze and of course, the bedhead tousles.



Unfortunately, Caron has continued to perfect her tunnel induced tousles to such a degree that she ended up with reggae mats during the four days I was away in Wales, so here is the latest summery look, no thanks to a determined mummy and a pair of scissors!

While Caron is still giving me her patented evil eye, I have also not had one single request from her to be picked up for more grooming, so I can safely assume that my glamour puss is not too desperately unhappy about her new hairdo and that we do not have to pay for any hair extensions any time soon!

PS: Incidentally, Caron was "done" just before Telyn fell ill and passed away.

Is she a sheltie? Might have to consider this breed when I'm ready to look to re-home. I guess she takes a lot of grooming?

No, she is a coronet that was part of a major rescue action from horrible conditions. Coronets have a drest on top of their head while shelties sweep straight back. Longhair piggies need regualr grooming and haircuts or bum baths, though.

Percy-Roo wasnt too impressed with his 'Butt-Cut' the other day, he loved his long locks!
 
Aw gorgeous hair Caron! I had another cuddle with her look alike yesterday at the Wheek and Squeak Open day. Still really want to bring her home. Oh well.

I had to do the same to my texel. She's so tufty now bless her :))

Ok thanks....Crested or Sheltie I would look for then, the grooming thing doesnt phase me as I have lots of time for that :) No kids/husband to feed, bathe or clothe, so piggies get all my attention :)
 
I adore your Coronet piggies. All of your piggies are little sweeties, but as I have a massive soft spot for Coronets, your long haired ladies are soooo stunning. Caron is beautiful! x)

I grew up with a succession of perus, which were about the only longhaired piggies you could get back then, but I love coronets that little better; they look a little tidier but still have the crest... I am very lucky and blessed to have come across my three ladies, all rehomed from rescues. Caron looks like my childhood dream piggy indeed - the one I always wanted to have!
 
She looks beautiful, perhaps you should open a salon?
