Cassie has started to go bald on her back and I've noticed both babies seem to have little bald patches as well...

With the babies being so young is there actually anything I can use on them?

They are only 96g and 103g and not even three weeks yet :(

It is faintly possible that the hair loss is hormonal, what with Cassie being reasonably soon post-partum - are there any other symptoms, Kira?

I agree with Bonnie and Layla that you'd do good contacting Chrissie. It is tough figuring out what to do for pigs so young and tiny but if anyone will know in terms of skin problems, it'll be Chrissie!

try getting hold of some neem oil, its natural so safe on babies and mum :) have been researching the wonders of it, seems to be very good for piggies skin and soothes any itchiness, it was recommended by another user on this forum so i got some off ebay. it has to be diluted with a carrier oil so i just use it with sunflower oil. shall find my thread on here with more info :)

sorry posted to soon and cant edit now...so heres the rest of my post...
neem oil is normally used to treat lice..but ive found it really soothes the itchiness of my piggies skin, so dont see the harm in using it to soothe any itchiness your piggies may be feelig. on the peter gurney website, he recommends using essential oils to treat fungal infections...more info can be found here http://www.oginet.com/pgurney/skinp.htm...i understand them to be safe on little piggies, but please double check before using! i dont like using chemicals on my piggies so am trying to stay as natural as possible. have only been using neem oil for a few days but already my piggies are itching so much less than before.......their coats look really great too!
