Change water bottles everyday or every other day?

I have a 16 oz. Kaytee Critter Canteen water bottle and a 32 oz. You & Me water bottle, both work fine - no leaking issues, but the piggies (two boars) don't seem to drink enough water out of them. I can see that water level has gone done but changing them everyday..I feel like I am wasting water. Should I keep doing the daily change or what?

They need fresh water each day and in hot weather it may need changing a few times a day.
Piggies will only drink the amount of water they require and the amounts will vary from piggy to piggy and dependent on how much veg they are eating.
You could always buy smaller bottles, but you will need to keep an eye on them to ensure they are always fresh and topped up regardless of the size

I have no idea how much mine drink from their bottle as it does leak a bit and Chewie thinks it’s fun to mess with it, but I use it to fill up their bowl, so they get a fresh bowl and (about two thirds of a) bottle twice a day. It’s amazing how warm the water gets during the day in the bowl.
