Chewing Plastic

Ok so both my girls like to chew the plastic on there pee pads and even if there hidden they pull them out and chew on them anyway. How do I get them to stop

I use velcro to stick my girls' fleece down, and that seems to do the trick. You can also try attaching small weights to the bottom of the fleece to keep them from pulling it up. Unpainted wood chews are also good for distracting them from the plastic.
