Christmas Gifts For Our Piggies

Hi, I'm sure I carnt be the only one buying Christmas gifts for their piggies.....can I. If not what ideas have you had to buy your piggies this year?

Ohhh maybe you could help me.....
I was hoping to buy mine a cuddle cup for each hutch, I did save a thread from a few weeks ago in which one of our members shared her new piggy hammock (bed) it came with another place for another piggy to hide under it too...lovely I thought plus the link to the seller had other items that were lovely too....but can i find this thread now errrr nope :doh:. If anyone knows what I'm waffling on about can you share the link or tag me in the thread please

we started christmas shopping for the pets ages ago lol. I'm always seeing toys for 99p etc and they dont really need them rigjt now so have stashed them away. the pigs will be getting a new cage for christmas/just after, and the hams are getting a few extensions. the cats are getting on of our bay windows turned into an indoor cat garden.

Awww lucky pets and there's me just thinking of a cuddle cup lol, can we see pics those in the new year, please :)

Ohhh know that's an idea....I'm going to take my girls to buy bits for piggy stockings and them they can make stocking for our piggies...great way to keep them busy in the xmas hoildays. :)
 
It sounds like alot but its improvements that have to be done. especially the cat part! since i really got intoyoutube i have learnt soooooooo mich about cats that i had no idea about! so the indoor garden is more something they need.
 
The cage liners and new cuddle cups I have bought will be early Christmas presents as putting them in this weekend when I renovate the cage :D I normally buy mine a bag of nice hay, something different from their usual. My girls get treats throughout the year so it's difficult to think of different stuff to get them at Christmas! Haha. They get Christmas veggies like parsnip and brussel sprouts which they don't usually get!

This sounds very interesting, please add a pic of your finished garden. I love cats and guineas :)
 
Mine have some Christmas cozies but I have given them to them already and Katie as predicted thinks they belong to her and her alone. Will order them some nice hay nearer Chistmas and get them some dill for Christmas day. The hamsters will most likely get a walnut or extra worms.

We where going to get our boys a hammock so if you find the link could you share it please:-) I'm not sure what else we will get them. What you you buy the pig who has everything;-)
 
I plan on getting munchy treats and anything natural like willow sticks etc, my ladies love stuff like that :)
 
I have hardly started shopping for Christmas yet but I have bought the guineas a cuddle cup and have no idea what else to buy them so I hope to get ideas from this post.:D
 
I've already bought piles of presents for my pets. I'm still on the hunt for a lot more...:love::nod::D
 
For Christmas for my piggies, I am getting them out of their store-bought cage and into a C&C cage! Not to mention I will be going Christmas shopping for them on the first of December, if not sooner. My plan is to get a bunch of stuff, because I can't fit a lot in my ridiculously tiny cage right now. I will most likely be getting them hutches, cozy items, chews, and a great many toys. (Of course!)
Hope you have some ideas now!

Lucky piggies. They will thank you for the extra space. I bet you'll find it easier to clean too.

Oh, I hope they enjoy it. I have begun to feel like I am abusing them, they are 6 months and 1 year and 6 months, and both of them have been in undersized cages for their whole lives. :( I can't stand to see them that way!

The main thing is that you are correcting this now, hun! It is very easy for pet shops and such to mislead people about cage sizes.
 
@Chief Guinea Pig, thank you for your kind words. :) The thing is I have known for a while now that their cage was too small, I was just afraid of what my parents would say... My dad never really liked them... but Christmas is a great opportunity.
