Citrus fruit

As we all know our piggies need vit c, I was wondering whether espec coming up to the cold weather anyone gives their piggies oranges,kiwi etc..I have read that it can cause mouth sores so have been reluctant to give it ?

mine dont like any of the citrus fruits its mainly apples and bananas some like grapes and some like kiwi but not too keen on it, melon is also liked

Mine dont like citrus fruit at all. Apples yeh and bananas yes but not citrus. Arent they funny ;D

re the mouth sores - i heard that apples could cause it if it wasn't chopped up small enough. I suppose if they bite into a big chunk of apple the apple will go onto the gum.

Come to think of it, it was on Vedra's Keep it simple guide to guineas that I found on the web....I'll try & find it
