hi, l have just spent the day cleaning cages, and l have come to the concusion that my sliker brushes are just not up to the job anymore
what do you guys use, before l buy new ones

I brush my vetbed off in the garden with a bannister brush from Wilko. It's very stiff like a yard brush but with a short handle like a dustpan brush, it only cost around £3 and does the job very well. Have to confess if it's pouring with rain I pick all the big bits off and then put the vetbed on the kitchen floor and hoover it before putting it in the washing machine.

Very similar to Piggieminder, I have brush-pan brush, nice stiff long bristles, hang the vetbed over the back of my garden bench and give it a good sweep. :)
