I accidentally clipped my guinea pigs lower belly when trimming his hair with electric trimmers. It barely broke the skin but I'm worried about it. He seems unbothered by it. I'm just worried about it getting infected. It is barely even noticeable

Just keep an eye on it and if it gets worse take him to the vet. I'm sure he'll be fine.
