Is cloudy urine normal? I've never been able to see their urine before because they are usually somewhere absorbant. However, today I put them in a clear bin while I cleaned their cage quickly. When I was finished there were two cloudy puddles. They seem happy and healthy so I just want to make sure this is normal. TIA!

Hi!

Guinea pigs excrete excess calcium via their pee. this is a normal process and nothing to worry about.

However, if you find cloudy/milky pees or powdery white deposits on a near daily basis, then you should review your diet (including water and pellets where often the highest calcium content comes from!) to minimise the risk of bladder stones or sludge.
