Hello all...
Coconut has been putting on a little bit of weight recently but he's still getting his critical care. Anyway, I got back from the shop and poured myself a glass of tomato juice to drink while I gave him his critical care. I looked away for half a second to pick up the spoon and his royal naughtiness had knocked over the tomato juice carton and started licking it up.
JUICE ALL OVER THE WORKTOP, DOWN THE FRONT OF THE WASHING MACHINE, UNDER THE CHOPPING BOARD, ON THE FLOOR... He didn't care... too busy trying to hoover up as much as he could before I picked him up.
So, I know a naughty little who'll now be having a bath today and no doubt wheeking the house down as he's no longer a PEW sheltie! More like a Pink Eyed RED sheltie! He can then stay out with his dad (OH) while I catch the others ready for their cages to be cleaned.
Anyone know if tomato juice is ok for pigs? It was organic and not from concentrate.
I took these pics while getting his bathwater ready - sorry... couldn't get any of them to sit still.
Naughty little boy Coconut and Phantom next to him.
Couldn't get them to sit still (Cinnamon, Phantom and Mocha in background)
Oh also some news on Mocha, after being in with Bounty, she's stopped being a bully pig. Bounty was bullying her so I tried her in the cage with Coconut, Cinnamon and Phantom and she's fine. FINALLY she gets on with other sows as well as boars and Baby has moved in with Bounty and Wiiiiieek. For some reason Bounty likes her much more than Mocha and is nice to her :{
Coconut and Mocha
STATE of him! Little poo-bag chewing the bars!
Sorry I HAD to include this pic. Look at that silly smile on Cinnamon haha! Phantom sniffing the air.
That yellow tube is their new ramp to the second level btw... they love it. Continuously running up and down it lol! I hate how small photographs make the cage look. I'm a big girl and I can climb inside it easily just through the door and sit up haha! Looks tiny in the pics!
I'll try and get pics of the herds together now that everyone's been moved around a bit. We only have two cages now as the last of the grand-pigs passed to the bridge (which was why everyone was moved around). Keeping the spare one as the new emergency/ foster cage and using the C+C to do some much needed maintenance - new ramps/ 2nd level trays etc.
TTYL, got a smelly little tomato-y pig to wash... -c
