I bought 2 yesterday, 1 for the girls and 1 for the boys. They turned their noses up at it!

(I'll retrieve them later and cook them for hubby's tea tomorrow!) ;D ;D

ps that was a joke, honest!

Some of mine like it others dont however they all like the outside leaves if thats what you call them

The silk bits they should loove! Maybe try breaking a piece so the smell is stronger to them? I cant believe there are piggies out there that wont eat sweetcorn? :o :o

Maybe the size of it is intimidating them ;D (or was it just me, that put the thing in whole?!). Both of mine used to love dragging it around, trying to fit it in their houses!

If i gave a new vege, i did what perfectpiggies said... i scrunch/squash whatever it is, so it makes it smell more.. It worked too!

It's not just yours. I tried mine with little babycorn and they just nibbled one end to try it (at least they gave it a go I suppose) and walked off.

Strawberries had the same effect. They ate the green bit and left the berry. 98)

Ours absolutely love corn on the cob, I put one in whole the other day for them to work on, but they won't touch babycorn 98)

Mine love it, especially now that my local fruit and veg shop have started getting the WHOLE thing in - leaves, roots and all! (I do cut the roots off though as theres still dirt on them) and at only 59p each (various sizes, same price but some are MASSIVE) then its a complete bargain!
All 6 of mine love them!

Snap with my local fruit shop, except they sell them 3 for 60p :)

mine are 3 for 60p too! ;D

And they are a LOT bigger than supermarket ones! O0

3 for 60p?! omg! I thought 59p for one was a bargain!
How come they're SO cheap? Are they small ones?
The ones I get are like...a foot long, or something like that

Ummm I am not a corn expert  ;D But they arent small...they are bigger than supermarket ones, maybe double the size....they have the leaves but not the roots....obviously some are bigger than others in the boxes, but  have no shame in digging through to find the best looking ;D ;D

An afterthought...we are near a lot of farms etc, rather than city so maybe thats why they are cheaper :S

I dont know if it would ever get there with the postal strike on again ::) ;D ;D

mine werent that keen on it. I'm gonna try it again... cos I havent for a while.

Bet it makes their little jaws ache bless 'them! ;D

Gosh its my ickle piggies favourite food ! It always looks like about 5 piggies have fed on it when its done not just her on her own LOL :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:

Update! (have been away for a few days so haven't posted earlier). The boys decided they did like it after all, think they were a bit wary of it to start with! The girls did not touch it though.
