As one of our sows goes bonkers for courgette (grabbing her piece, running away and facing the wall to eat it), I do need to check whether it is ok to feed this almost every day. I don't think it is specifically mentioned in the diet guides but I may be being stupid and have missed it. Thank you.

Strange piggy! All our piggies put courgette in the same category as turnips and the aubergine and okra they tried tonight for the first time, which is "stoopid hooman! These are evil foods do not try this again!" 
I guess its just like cucumber though nutritionally?

I give it to my lot every other day, give or take. Luckily over time they acted less like it was an explosive and more like it was a yummy treat 
now some of them (Mainly Leonard!) will have a bit of a sulk when they find out they've been given cucumber instead of courgette lol!

Mine will only eat courgette if it's peeled and even then they aren't keen.
My piggies will eat a small amount of courgette but it isn't a favourite.
Thank you for searching for me! On days I have run out of courgette it isn't nearly as entertaining watching them eat. It's the way she immediately fishes it out, and runs to face the wall to eat it, but never does that for anything else! The other one now also picks out her courgette first because if she doesn't, it will be filched. I was beginning to think that if they love something ***that*** much, it can't be good for them … ! Hence my question.
