Cream For Cut On Skinny Piggy?

Hello my skinny pig has a little cut on her. Is there any cream I can use to help it heal quicker and soothe it. E45 any good ? tHank you x
 
I have F10 which the vets recommend otherwise sudocreme / bepanthen are meant to be ok too.
 
Sudocrem or Bepanthen are both ok. Has she scratched herself?
 
Thank you! I think so or done it throwing herself around the cage x
 
Keep an eye if she is scratching as it could be mites.
