Crusty bits.

My 5-6 year old girl sometimes gets quite dry and crusty around her private parts. What sort of cream would be best for her?
 
It would depend what the dry and crusty is. Does the skin get dry, or does it look like a dried discharge? How often?

Fungal is a possibility if it is the skin itself that gets crusty but if it clears up on its own, there may be little point in applying anything.
