Piggies do sometimes get crusty dirty ears. One of our girls had really grubby ears, vet checked them out and said it was fine. Do you have a photo? Worth a vet check up if you are concerned to get this checked out to rule out anything like fungal etc....
I do not have a photo because my phone is broken. I am going to take her to the vet on Friday to get it checked out. Sorry, this was a late comment. I will add my location.
