Cut lip

Lincoln has cut his lip/nose. I dont know how. its not bleeding, its just looks sore. Its on the right hand side of the slip from his nose to his mouth. Should i put something on it? I'm going away tomorrow and I'm panicing now that i might get infected or something

Sorry I can't advise Chez but try not to worry. Is it causing him discomfort? If not, may be you should just clean it with some warm water and leave it to heal on its own. Love to Lincoln xx

I would do like Chez says, and make sure that whoever is looking after him for you while you're away stays away from food like apples and tomatos that are more acidic. Mouth wounds on nearly all animals heal quite quicky.

He should be ok Cheryl, like Claire and Susie say just wash with warm water and avoid acidic foods
